It’s totally legal. Google is having a tie up with the movie production companies to showcase them on You Tube. Moreover, video giants like You Tube won’t showcase anything illegal on the website.

Torrent serves illegal stuff. By downloading via torrent, you’re not only committing crime, but also hitting the media industry high by supporting pirates. YouTube serves legal stuff. That’s the difference
