Google Buzz may be a a huge step made by Google to step in the social networking world, it may become popular but as we told you before, Buzz in Gmail has a major Potential Privacy & Security Flaw. It has secretly opened anybody’s contact to anyone. If you are secretly in contact with someone and don’t want to reveal it, Google Buzz will allow everyone to know the people whom are you buzzing around with. Though it has been only 1 day since the launch of Buzz, but some of you after reading and knowing about its Flaw might want to disable the feature now.
For de-activating Goggle Buzz you just need to:
- Login to your Gmail account.
- You will see your Inbox. Scroll down to the end of the page.
- Scroll down till you reach the Footer of Gmail,
- You will find an option of “turn off buzz” as shown in the picture.
- Just click it to turn off buzz form your Gmail account and regain your privacy.
Privatise back your contacts and reader by turning off Buzz until Google updates the security settings.
